“Effective March 16, 2026”
Official Manifesto on the Right of Veto for REVENGE (tt33164064)”.
§1 Clause on Safeguarding Artistic Integrity and Team Well-being
The creator and all persons involved in the project have the right to a safe, respectful, and professional work environment. This includes, in particular:
Compliance with all legal protections: Legal requirements regarding the protection of minors, working hours, and occupational safety must be strictly adhered to at all times and without exception.
Consideration of well-being: The physical and mental health of the team and the performers takes precedence over economic interests.
Acceptance of veto rights: Justified objections by the creative director regarding working conditions, casting, or the implementation of content must be accepted and taken into account by producers.
§2 Reservation of the right of final cut and the final creative decision
The contractually agreed veto right of the artistic director is binding on all partners. The following applies to all contracts concluded on or after March 16, 2026:
Protection of the creative team: This right protects the entire core creative staff. This includes, in particular, actors, singers, dancers, and voice actors.
Special right of termination in case of breach of contract: Should a producer or partner violate or disregard the creative veto right, this constitutes a serious breach of contract.
Immediate termination: In this case, the affected artists have the right to terminate the collaboration with immediate effect without incurring any financial or legal disadvantages
§3 Protection of Vocal and Music Rights and Cross-Platform Use
The voices and musical works of all contributors are protected assets. The following applies to all audio recordings, vocals, and compositions:
Purpose limitation of the voice: The voices of actors, singers, and voice actors may only be used for the agreed-upon project.
Right to Own Music: The copyrights to all songs and soundtracks remain entirely with the respective music producers, composers, and artists.
Cross-Platform Protection: These rights apply explicitly to film and series production as well as fully to the video game industry.
Prohibition of unauthorized use: Any further use of the voice or music for other projects or AI-protected systems (such as voice cloning) without separate consent is strictly prohibited.
§4 Permanent protection of the work and provisions regarding legal succession
The creative veto right is unlimited and permanently protects the work from subsequent alterations.
Protection against cuts and censorship: Should representatives, distributors, theater operators, or streaming services wish to make unauthorized cuts, edits, or content adjustments, the artistic director’s unrestricted veto right applies.
Lifelong and permanent protection: This veto right applies for life and remains fully in effect for all future exploitations of the work.
Legal Succession and Legacy: Upon the creator’s death, this right passes 100% as an inviolable legacy to the daughter. She thereby assumes full creative control and final decision-making authority over the entire saga and its spin-offs.
§ 5 Promotion of Artistic Potential and Protection from Performance Pressure
The production commits to creating a work environment that enables the free development of creative talent.
Development of Talent: Actors and contributors should be able to draw upon their individual artistic abilities and their full potential without being restricted by rigid, purely commercial requirements.
Protection from Unacceptable Pressure: Music producers, artists, and performers are protected from unethical time and performance pressures. Artistic quality and human well-being are paramount, as creative excellence requires a respectful environment.
§ 6 Protection Against Censorship, Government Action, and Denigration
The original version of the work, as defined on March 16, 2026, is protected as an indivisible work of art.
Handling of Government Action: Should the work face the threat of or be subjected to indexing, confiscation, or official restriction, the unrestricted right of veto shall take effect.
Protection of human dignity: Any such measure or attempt to alter the work against the will of the creators shall be deemed a violation of artistic integrity and a denigration of the life’s work of all those involved.
Absolute Prohibition on Cuts: Any subsequent cutting, alteration, or censorship of the work for the purpose of facilitating approval or age rating is strictly prohibited. The work shall be preserved exclusively in its original, unaltered form.
